On January 15, 2010 we were proud to host Dr. Alessio Fasano from the University of Maryland, Center for Celiac Research. Dr. Fasano is one of, if not the leading researcher of Celiac Disease in the country and presented a great discussion on Celiac Disease to a crowded sanctuary at Farmington First Presbytrian church. We welcomed many guests with a few GF vendors, meeting and making some friends and got an update on the real progress being made at the Center for Celiac Research.
